Children’s Liturgy will take place on Sunday 8 March and Sunday
29 March at 10 00am Mass. 
This is a great opportunity for the children to understand the Gospel message and make it relevant to their lives and experiences.  All primary school children welcome.


World Day of Prayer - All Saints’ Church – Friday 6 March 8 15pm.
Everyone welcome. 

There will be a monthly Latin Mass in Our Lady & St Patrick’s, Ballymoney on the second Sunday of the month at 4pm, beginning next Sunday (8th March).  The old form of Mass as it was celebrated before the 1960s has enjoyed new popularity in recent years.  At the first Mass there will be a liturgical commentary for the those who are unfamiliar with this older form of the liturgy.

Cards and gifts for Confirmation, St Patrick’s Day, Easter and First Communion are now available. 

All Saints’ Fitness Club – every Monday 11 00am-12 noon. 

Year 8s are invited to join the GIFT programme on Tuesday from
 7 00-9 00pm.  GIFT
is a follow up to the Sacrament of Confirmation and is an opportunity to learn more about your faith and spend time with your friends. If you have not yet registered, forms are available from the parish office or 077 9113 8464.

Wednesday Get Together – 4 March – Come and join in the dancing with Johnny MacRory & Dick Carton. 

Apostolic Work meeting – Wednesday 4 March – 8 00pm.  New members welcome. 

There will be no Thursday Lunch on 5 March due to Confirmation in the parish. 

"Journey into Freedom" (Giving God Another Chance) Lenten Course - continues at 7.30 – Parish Centre.  This week Rev Desi Maxwell will talk on ‘Who is Jesus?  What has he done for us?’  All welcome.

Lent 2020

It is a time to focus on our spiritual life by turning away from sin and committing ourselves more fully to following Jesus Christ.  Here in the parish there are many ways to take part in the Lent traditions of prayer, fasting and almsgiving.

Masses during Lent – Monday – Thursday 7 30am & 10 00am
Friday 10 00am & 7 30pm.  Saturday 10 00am. 

Many people choose to abstain from alcohol during Lent. Please consider taking the short- term Lenten Pledge Lenten Pledge -

I promise in honour of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and with the help of the Blessed Virgin Mary to abstain from all alcoholic drink during Lent.   

Stations of the Cross will be prayed each weekday at 12noon.

 


Pitter Patter Mother & Toddler group – All Saints’ Youth Club Monday 10 00am- 12noon. 
(Ages up to 3 years).  Parents, grandparents and childminders welcome. 



All Saints’ GAC –Thanks to the generosity of our Parish family and friends who contributed to our nominated ‘Saints and Slimmers’ charity this year. On Friday night we presented a cheque for £6,433 to the local Ballymena Hospice Support Group who accepted the donation on behalf of the NI Children’s Hospice.

Club All Saints (23/02/20 draw) Lotto numbers: 01-08-14-23. No Jackpot winner. Hard luck prize: Jim Brady (£20). Jackpot this Sunday (01/03/20 draw) is now up to £1,600.
